So, it seems like every two weeks works better for Sunday Sundries. I have a hard time accumulating enough links in one week’s time to make a post worthwhile, so I’m just going to go with it whenever I feel like I have enough to share. Let’s get to it!
- My friend Jenn shared this ad campaign from Kohler on Twitter – it is probably the most ridiculous ad I’ve ever seen. Sexy, sexy toilets, in rooms surrounded by windows so everyone can watch the sexy models do their business.
- Font nerd in me rejoices! Two awesome sites for free fonts that are gorgeous: Lost Type and Font Squirrel.
- Have watched all of the episodes released to date of this awesome new Sherlock Holmes series from BBC One. Sherlock set in present-day London. Highly recommended! Plus the actor who plays Sherlock is named Benedict Cumberbatch, possibly the most amusing and amazing name I’ve ever heard.
- This is our online grocery delivery service! Featured in the Forbes blog! Very interesting story, even if they’re not your grocer.
- Something that made me angry: sabotage of a local waste management company that is trying to do something right for the environment. The other waste management companies have been pissy and lashed out about this already, but the sabotage is a whole new low.
- Collection of pretty, geeky quilts, on all sorts of geeky themes.
- Hilarious illustrations imagining The Wire: The Animated Series.
